Holt Media Group, established in 1968, is the oldest independent name in the appraisal of television and radio stations and an expansive range of media, communications and Internet oriented businesses. We offer fair market value, asset and intangible valuations as well as custom studies designed to meet a specific need.

Our firm has provided valuation services to well over three thousand clients, both national and international, ranging from small station owners and operators to large public networks, non-commerical owners, regional cable operators, television networks, major tower companies, lenders and investors, the Internal Revenue Service, and Internet companies.

Our valuations have been engaged for purposes of sale, estate planning, intangibles, impairment, legal disputes and more. Along with traditional fair market value and asset studies, both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, our expertise includes intangible valuations and impairment studies, damages evaluations, specialized media business valuations, ESOP and trust planning valuations, like-kind exchanges and more. Other services include preparing or reviewing business plans and feasibility analysis including the research of potential business models and strategies in the marketplace, the evaluation of new technology applications and privatization studies.
