Christine (Chris) Borger has been with Holt Media Group for forty years under the guidance of founder Arthur H. Holt. Initially she served as Business Manager at the station level. She later evolved to being the Chief Financial Officer for the company's twenty some station group and participating in station ownership. For the last ten years she has been the project manager of all appraisals for the company and is now the principal of the company.

Chris has been recognized as an expert in multiple courts nationwide. Expert witness clients include state governments, the federal government and multiple station owners.

Chris provides the financial expertise for all projects undertaken by Holt.  Chris earned a BS in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in accounting and finance. She also holds a master degree -- an MBA from DeSales University with a certificate in E-Commerce and Finance

Chris has served on the All-Industry Music Licensing Committee for the Media Financial Management Association and is a member of the Lehigh Valley Ad Club. She is also an Adjunct Instructor at the college level in the Business & Technology fields. Chris is active in the community with a variety of organizations including being Publicity Chair for a local American Cancer Society Relay For Life event.



Arthur H. Holt

The founder of Holt Media Group, Arthur Holt had many years experience in the broadcast field and in all phases of station operations from sales and engineering to the managment of over fifty broadcast properties in all areas of the United States. Arthurpersonally owned and operated a group of more than twenty broadcasting stations. He was a licensed broadcast engineer.

Arthur is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a degree in Television and Radio Broadcasting. Arthur has served on the boards of multiple media organizations including the following:

• Media Financial Management Association All-Industry Music License Committee
• International Institute of Communications
• World Press Freedom Committee
• Inter-American Broadcasting Association
